Nice

I really liked this song, I personally like how you switched the synths so much, in my opinion it makes the piece more diverse, though I do agree with the fact it doesn't flow too well, a bit choppy.

Awesome stuff still, 4/5 from me Night_Speaker.

Night-speaker responds:

Y I know that....

ty fore the review!

Night_s

Too sexy!

Intense mood indeed. I was not expecting those electronic sound effects in the background, but when you did bring them in, it REALLY added a crap load of darkness. And all those other sound effects you introduce, all serve their insane purpose.

I don't think i've ever heard a song this dark for a very very long time...

that half crying, half laughing child... what... the... HELL were you on when you thought of that?!

Then it gets all hyper, the darkness... she chases me! GO AWAY x_x!!!11!

I have a huge amount of respect for you RichardHartman, some brilliant work here.
5/5 from me, keep them coming.

Neat!

very mysterious... where did OCON go? Kidnapped?! Who knows ;).

I like OCON's stuff too, as well as yours. Great feel you introduce here Chaoz_of_Yakuza, I loved dwelling in it for a while now. 4/5 from me.

Chaoz-of-Yakuza responds:

Ocon is somewhere gone in texas man. wont be back for a while. Thanks for the review!

Swreeet!

XD, I had the craziest image with your description and this song.

Two guys fighting, and then one of them reaches to his back, the other's thinking "my god, he's gonna pull a grand blade that could slay the heavens!", but instead, the guy pulls out one of those ribbon thingies on a long stick commonly used in ballet, and begins to prance around, such a serious look on his face.

I'm going to stop now xD.

I'm sorry, thats just my messed up imagery.

The song itself is very very enjoyable, and I loved to float in its core for quite a long period of time. YOu deserve more recognition then you're getting. Great stuff here ItakaTakashi.

I would have liked to hear some background strings in here as well, some really deep ones for a foundation. I think you already have something like that, but it's not loud enough, should be loud enough to make an impact.

5/5 from me ItakaTakashi, very well done.

GeijinTakashi responds:

Glad you got such a beautiful image with this...now I need to find a flash artist to do this...god the possibilites!

Wunderbar!

I REALLY enjoyed the beginning, and the end, and like you said they were teh Euro, so I guess this is my way of saying, I really like Euro ^^.

Still, the song sounded damn amazing, and the fact that it scored so low, really pisses me off.

I would have liked some strings in here, but thats probably just my classical composer guts kicking in, so you should probably ignore that ^^.

5/5 from me dj_padman1, keep them coming, you're damn good.

dj-padman1 responds:

Thanks for your kind words MaestroSorrow. First just let me say that from the time I first started here, I've always enjoyed listening to your classical pieces. You dominate that field.

You have compositional skills that I can only dream of!

Nobody can probably tell, but there actually some synth strings that kick in when the beat is dropped (I think from memory) in the middle part. It's not really authentic though, just a high synth tone. It can't compare to the lushness of real strings, as exhibited in your tracks.

Thanks for your time and your review, it's much appreciated.

Nice

has a nice tense air to it. I truly enjoyed it, dark and malice filled X_x.

I have no suggestions on how to make this better, it is simple, effective, and perfect the way it is.

4/5 from me HarvestzeroX, keep them coming.

Neat

Would definatly be a great tense moment music. Loops pretty good too.

I'm sorry I have no suggestions for this piece, it is simple, but it is effective.

4/5 from me Hollingsworth, keep them coming.

Awesome.

I love that drumloop ^^, teh greatest drumloop ever!

But on another note, this melody you present to us is exceptional Smanning, the piano flows very pleasently, and the guitar is just as good. The both of them pull it off even better. I don't think i've ever heard the piano and guitar going off at the same time, and actually have it sound good. You have managed to do just this, and for that, I congratulate you.

I have listened to your other tracks, and I must say, you have indeed increased in skill drastically. Hats off to you, I have bookmarked your page. You have a ton of potential, and want to see just how far you will go.

5/5 from me Smanning, keep them coming.

Manningzor responds:

Wow! Thanks for the kind words! ^_^

I shall indeed keep 'em coming. :D

Wow, impressive.

get the HELL out of my genre >_<!

Heh, I joke, I jest, I jibe.

Amazing stuff here LJCoffee, very interesting sounds, brinking on the border of random even, yet it holds a very complex nature, which is anything but random.

This song was strange enough to leave me speechless, for suggestions ^^. Don't take that the wrong way, it was still a teh sexy song.

5/5 from me LJCoffee, taking over the classical like that ;).

LJCoffee responds:

Thanks Maestro, I'm not trying to take anything over - nothing like that at all - not that I could if I wanted to. There are so many really kick-ass composers - yourself included - that could mop the floor with my sorry butt without even breaking a sweat.

I just recently decided to submit at least one track to each genre on NG and it just happened that I started with "classical" - even though the track didn't quite fit, it was close enough for my purpose.

Looks like I have another 27 or 28 to go! Wish me luck!

Thanks again, your comments really mean a lot to me considering how well you do in that genre.

Teh Awesome

I really liked the intro, very serene, very inviting.

You have an amazing voice WinTang, i'm dead serious about this.

Have you tried reverbing your voice? I think it would add a lot of neatness to it, though might make it tad bit hard to understand.

Very clean, clear lyrics (by clean, I mean I can understand them, no distortion ;)).

A great song to listen to while sitting back, and letting the world just wash you by.

Until it gets all hyper! I loved it when you just got all hyper like that, extremely effective, and the lyrics again, were very enjoyable.

heh, and then back to the nice serenity... but I won't trust it, it's gonna get all mean on me again i'm sure >:'(

5/5 from me WinTang, great stuff, keep them coming.

WinTang responds:

Cheers man, awesome review.

Thanks for the appreciation of my voice... this is actually me almost four years ago :) It's off a demo of which I've submitted some other songs (Utopia and its intro, Feathered Friends, Overdid, Butterscotch blues).

The reverb would've been a nice idea. I will see if I'll remaster the tracks one day. My uncle did it for me - I bet he still has the seperate tracks.

I'm glad that you are so positive, because your own music is fucking awesome. Let's be friends :)

It's been one hell of a ride guys, but it's time for me to leave. I will still be looking at my inbox, if you want me to look at songs, I will check back every once in a while. Take care Newgrounds! full_metal_slashemist@hotmail.com AIM: MaestroSorrow
