quite enticing!

I liked this drumbeat, it was something that gave me quite a lift ^^.

It would make a great intro piece for a masterpiece, I hope you use it for a full fledged song one day ^^.

Awesome

This one was also really good.

90% of the time, I am able to guess the next note, or how the melody of a song goes, for this one however, it kept me guessing for a really long time. I really enjoyed it ^^, kudo's.

JoeWicked responds:

Thanks! It's really reassuring to know that you thought it was unpridictable. Personally, I feel that is usually the best kind of music.

Amazing.

This piece I really liked! The entire peace resonated with a voice of regret and sentimental value (at least for me).

I felt the EQ'ing was well done too. Kudo's on this one.

interesting.

You've portrayed a jungle beat rather vividly, however I felt you could have better formed volume levels. I think there was a melody in the background, but I had to strain myself to hear it, after about 30 seconds I gave up trying. Lower the drums, increase melodic volume.

Some jungle sound effects would have only improved it all the more ;).

JoeWicked responds:

I felt that too, I just couldn't put my finger on it. I just ran out of melodic ideas for it and I originally ment for it to be all percusive ambience before I started adding stuff to it. Thanks for the review.

For a first attempt.

I have to say for a first attempt, it is truly good. Do you use Fruity Studios/Loops for this song, I think a hear their choir.

Though it may be repetitive thats not always a bad thing. It makes for good background music.

If you are not doing it now, you should use Compresser effects for your songs, by doing so you will be able to keep a solid waveform without distortion or "overpowering" instruments, that block out the sounds of other things.

Great work ^^.

digital-musician responds:

thanx dude u are helpful, and yes i use fruity loops, good job "/

I love the melody

The melody is truly catchy. Congratulations, this is a work well worth listening, and deserves nothing less then a 4.0+ rating.

digital-musician responds:

100% thanks

twangs?

I agree that is sounds fascinating, however the guitar sounds simply didn't do it for me. I would however also like to hear how the final product will sound like.

Keep it up ^^.

Shoken-Ryu responds:

With the final product I'm hoping to add a distortion intro track and hopefully clean up the audio quality a bit. I may do the accoustic guitar on the final version -- sounds more harmonic.

I GOT A FULL LINE BIATCHES!!! Oh wait, just a song ^^.

I love tetris too, i'm glad I found these songs (into my mp3 player you go!)

Dj-SilenT-HunteR responds:

hehe =) thx

ah, my poor childhood ^^

You've managed to tap into that little boy in me screaming in glee at having heard that classic Tetris tune.

I will sit back and reminiscence for a while, good work ^^.

Dj-SilenT-HunteR responds:

Thx! :D
You made me almost cry :P

It's been one hell of a ride guys, but it's time for me to leave. I will still be looking at my inbox, if you want me to look at songs, I will check back every once in a while. Take care Newgrounds! full_metal_slashemist@hotmail.com AIM: MaestroSorrow
